Terms of the Contract:
  1. Additional 10% Service charge.
  2. Additional P50.00/waiter floor will be charged for venues with no elevator.
  3. Services of waiters is up to 5 hours only. Overtime fee of P100.00/waiter/ hour will be charged in excess of 5 hours.
  4. Transportation fee will be charged for venues outside Paranaque, Las Pinas and Alabang area.
  5. Lechon fee : P300.00 per lechon (for the lechon chopper and chopping equipment).
  6. Distance fee: P100.00 per waiter if venue is 50 meters away from the loading/unloading area.
  7. Clients to bring containers for leftover food.
  8. Food tasting is available every weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for 2 persons in our BF Homes office.
  9. Additional 12% VAT will be charged if OR (Official Receipt) is issued.
  10. With additional Charges:
    • Swagging
      • Stage : P2,000.00
      • Ceiling : P2,500.00 (with Lanterns add P1,500.00)
    • Candy buffet setup : ?1,000.00 (with 1 long table w/ skirting,2 dessert trays and 5 jars)
    • Celebrant's Chair
      • Single : P1,000.00
      • Double : P2,000.00
  11. Mode of Payment:
    • Reservation fee : P3,000.00 to lock the date.
    • Down Payment
      • 50% - 2 weeks before the event.
      • 50% - balance should be settled in CASH right after the event.
  12. Cancellation:
    • P3,000.00 reservation fee is non-refundable if the party is cancelled.
    • Down payment is non-refundable if the function is cancelled 1 week prior to the event.
    • 50% of the down payment will be refunded for the booking cancellation is 2 weeks prior to the event.
  13. Posting of payment:
    • Payments can be made thru bank or in cash (office).
